Shipping policy

Orders placed with us for in stock items will leave the studio within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay longer than this we will be in touch to let you know the reason for the delay and give you an updated time frame for when your item will be shipped.

Lampshades are made to order and there are a variety of factors that influence how long it will take to make your order and have it ready for shipment. We currently aim to have your lampshade with you in two weeks. If there is any delay longer than this we will be in touch to let you know the reason for the delay and give you an updated time frame for when your lampshade will be shipped.

We do our best to package your order carefully to ensure it reaches you unharmed. If your order does arrive damaged let us know at hello@glowandco.nz and we will endeavour to replace your order as soon as possible. 

Once your item has been picked up by the courier a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.

Once your order is with the courier delivery times are out of our hands. We do expect, however, that your order shouldn't take more than 3 days to arrive. You can always contact us at hello@glowandco.nz if you have concerns regarding the whereabouts of your package and we'll get on the phone and track it down for you.

Rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 - 2 days to your order delivery time frame.
